Inward Bound Mindfulness Education UK offers in-depth mindfulness programmes for young people, supporting youth in developing self-awareness, compassion, and resilience, and empowering them to apply these skills in improving their lives and communities.
Through residential retreats, wilderness camps, programmes and online courses, we offer immersive life changing experiences and ongoing support for young people to bring mindfulness and compassion into their daily lives and stay connected to positive community support and like-minded peers.
Our approach to mindfulness teaching is informed by creativity, trauma sensitivity and a connection to social and ecological justice. We also offer specialised programmes and sessions for BPOC youth and young activists and change makers
