Join us in an engaging exploration of how a simpler life – in which we waste less, and care and share more – can generate more joy, empowerment and wellbeing for all.

Changing our consumption habits along with how we (re-)connect with ourselves and each other is key to supporting the wellbeing of people and the planet. And yet, it can be challenging given our different social contexts and personal circumstances.

Rob Greenfield is an inspiring, relatable and charismatic example on how change is possible, and how much good can come out of embedding activism into your everyday life.

With an enduring honesty, Rob shares his journey from a typical citizen in the US – who was striving to be financially rich no matter the cost, to becoming a real and grounded example of someone who thinks globally and acts locally in support of the wellbeing of all.

This event is organised by the Network of Wellbeing and the Share Shed – A Library of Things.
