Guided by the wisdom of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, this immersive mindfulness course invites you to reconnect with the present moment and rediscover peace amidst the challenges of daily life. In a warm, supportive community, you’ll deepen your understanding of mindfulness through the structured Art of Zen programme, moving gently through six themed sessions:

  • Stopping and Calming – learning to rest the body and mind
  • Turning to the Positive – nurturing gratitude and joy
  • Loving Communication – developing deep listening and kind speech
  • Nourishing Happiness – cultivating compassion and balance
  • Interbeing and Community – recognising our shared humanity
  • Guidelines for a Zen Life – living mindfully with awareness and care

Each session includes guided meditations, practical mindfulness exercises, and reflective discussions to help you integrate mindfulness into everyday routines. You’ll also receive access to handouts and recordings to support your continuing practice.

Offered especially for beginners and for more experienced practitioners who want to explore the basics of Plum Village practice, this course offers time for rest, reflection, and community.
