Come out of the Winter dormancy and celebrate the arrival of Spring. Everything around is beginning to sprout, buds and fresh leaves are emerging. Birds begin nesting or start their long migration to far away territories. Hibernating creatures leave their dens. It is a time of renewal and growth.
In a small group, we will walk at a gentle pace on an easy and short trail. During this time, you will be offered different invitations to awaken your senses and to help you shed away the frantic pace of urban life. Other activities will support you to be in the present moment and place and to reconnect with yourself and your surroundings. There will be also moments to share our experiences together and time spent in silence.
These walks are like a small journey where time suspends itself. Being immersed in nature and following its pace quietens the mind and relaxes the body, as well as improves your focus and creativity. Attending a walk at each season inform us of our own seasons and transitions. It holds metaphors and insights for our lives, it tells us stories of persistence and patience, growth and decay, reciprocity and isolation.
