Join Sarah for a Summer retreat at beautiful Eden Rise retreat centre. We will practice Kundalini Yoga (suitable for all levels), enjoy a Gong Meditation, Crystal bowls and a Cacao Ceremony. The only extras are massage & reflexology if you so wish to have them. The food will be lovingly prepared using Ayurvedic principles and there will also be a healthy cooking workshop.
