Wild & Well is a completely new kind of festival for anyone who wants to live in a happier, healthier, more connected way.
Taking place in Bristol over one jam-packed weekend in October (20th and 21st), Wild & Well offers dozens of events programmed across four themes – Move Eat, Connect and Explore.
The diverse programme is designed to empower and inspire people to consider their wellbeing in a new way. Their key message is resilience – showing you that when it comes to wellbeing, you are the best judge of what works for you.
Included on the programme will be the Network of Wellbeing’s Larch Maxey speaking on the Adventures in Kindness and Community panel, a workshop run by Alan Heeks on Ageing Creatively, plus there will be many other inspiring activities on offer.
