‘We hurt where we care’ and many of us are feeling this hurt right now.
This free online event – with guest speaker Shamash Alidina – is for anyone struggling with a sense of overwhelm in the current crisis. Together we will explore accessible approaches to help you stay mindful and act in alignment with your values.
The event will be based around Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that develops psychological flexibility. ACT combines mindfulness skills with practices of self-acceptance and values based action.

Shamash Alidina is a mindfulness teacher and an international bestselling author. He is the co-founder of the Museum of Happiness. Shamash is passionate about mindfulness, happiness and helping support others towards peace and joy.

This event is part of the Wellbeing Together webinar series run by the Network of Wellbeing (NOW).
