A 5-week donation based mindfulness course for young change makers and activists aged 16-21

How do we build the strength to face the urgent issues of our time? And how can we take action while staying calm in the storm?

Join us for 5 weekly sessions to explore mindfulness-based tools for growing inner resilience and creative action in the world.

Over the course of 5 evening sessions, we will explore a range of tools for developing emotional intelligence and wellbeing, so that we can grow the resilience we need to face the challenges of our time and respond with calm and clarity.

The sessions will draw inspiration from Joanna Macy’s Work that Reconnects, giving us many creative pathways to explore our inspiration, vision and our unique contribution to creating the world we want to live in.

Together, we will create a supportive community space to learn from each other and to co-create an experience of collaboration, interconnection and empowerment.
