We know that connecting to Nature is wonderful for our wellbeing, and that planting seeds and gardening is a beautiful way to deepen this connection. We also know that there can be barriers to accessing natural spaces and to getting started with growing your own food.

This event will take place at the kick-off of Plant and Share month, which is a celebration of growing your own food – and friendships – with your community. We will explore how growing can be made accessible for diverse groups of people, especially those based in urban areas. And how this can help to support greater wellbeing for all.

During this event we will hear from a panel of inspiring speakers (further details to follow) and we’ll also offer an opportunity for you to connect with other participants, to share ideas and practical tips too.
