After 14 years doing this type of work, Jennie Bayliss is still passionate about helping people to feel better, happier, healthier and become more successful. She is hosting 3 one-day workshops. This is the 3rd one:
Find Inner Peace & Happiness Today. This small-group workshop will look at our great desire—to be happy. Most of us are fortunate to experience many happy moments—yet compared to our everyday life, these are tiny beacons in a sea of OK-ish-ness. In this fully interactive workshop We’ll examine:
• How to embrace ourselves just as we are—including our imperfections
• Gratitude and feeling joy in all of the tiny moments
• Strengthening your intuitive knowing
There will be some mini meditation sessions during the day—including a mini meditation on the beach—if the weather permits along with a walk on the beach. Finally, we’ll touch on simplifying your life and we will set peaceful intentions for 2019.
A light, vegetarian finger-buffet will be provided along with tea, coffee and mineral water.
