The Network of Wellbeing hosts a regular free ‘Building Wellbeing Together’ webinar series. In the below webinar recording with mindfulness teacher Shamash Alidina we explore themes of self-compassion, mindfulness and ‘kindfulness’.

Building Wellbeing Together webinar series

This webinar was the first in a NOW series of free online events, launched following the success of our Building Wellbeing Together Weekend. The intention of the series is to help a wider audience to build wellbeing – in their own lives, in their communities and in the wider world – through hearing the wisdom and experiences of those working actively on happiness and wellbeing. Plus, we hope to raise awareness of – and build stronger connections between – all of the amazing people and organisations working on these topics, too.
